SCC 4 Update: Weigh-Ins, Anderson Silva, 'The Situation' and Fight Bonuses

What does the SCC Ring Girls, Anderson Silva, Frank Mir, Jay Hieron, TJ Lavin, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Mario Lopez and Fight Bonuses have in common? SCC 4 - of course. Here are a few things you need to know before the event on Thursday!

SCC4 Weigh-Ins are open to the public, and held at the Orleans Casino, at the Bourbon Street Lounge, today (Wednesday the 15th). The fighters get there at 5pm, and get on the scale at 6 pm!
TUF Season 7 finalist Jesse Taylor last week signed with SCC and will replace Tim Ruberg to fight UFC-vet Terry Martin. Taylor is 20-8 in his MMA career, having fought some of the top 185lbers in the world. Taylor has competed in Strikeforce, DREAM, MFC, UFC and now he makes his debut in SCC. When Terry Martin visited the MMAjunkie Radio studio yesterday he said the following about his new opponent: "Thursday night I'm ready, I'm gonna pop me a Viagra and I'm gonna have me some MMA-sex with this dude.. I guarantee, you people are gonna see the classic Terry Martin!" Looks like this has Fight of the Night written all over it…

Fight Bonuses will be awarded at the press conference right after the main event. Three bonuses will be awarded; ‘Fight of the Night’, ‘KO of the Night’ and ‘Submission of the Night’. All bonus winners will walk away with an extra $1,000!
